Dear Valued Customer,
On behalf of the team here at Cardinal Plus, we would like to sincerely thank you for your continued support and we look forward to another exciting year together.
Many predicted a difficult 12 month's this time last year, but I think its fair to say that both our customer base and Cardinal Plus, have come through these challenging times in good shape and with a great deal of optimism for the year ahead.
Our range of services continues to grow from strength to strength, with a true global network and infrastructure we are able to meet the needs of our client and offer the highest levels of service that has become standard practice within our business.
During the future month's Cardinal Plus will continue to invest heavily in technology, making sure that both our systems and practices are of the highest level, offering maximum efficiency to our client at all times. This in conjunction with our innovation and proven committed approach will hopefully lead to a fruitful 2010.

Message from our CEO - Brian Hay
As a founder member of the Cardinal Maritime Group of Companies, I am acutely aware of the need to adapt to the ever changing landscape of global logistics.
The development of our FREIGHTcalculatorTM software - an 'on-line' LCL pricing product - and the open access tracking facility have allowed Cardinal Plus to maintain the rapid development of our brand and network of services. Such innovations have provided the necessary infrastructure and platform required, providing the very exacting standards of service required by our clients.
In conjunction with our policy of Local Corporate Responsibility, we have made substantial investment in our CADETAssist TM programme which is designed to train the next generation of Cardinal Plus employees.
Much of the success of our organisation has been due to your continued support for which we are all grateful. We have never made a secret of our desire to be recognised as one of the world's leading logistics providers. Having achieved this, we are determined to remain there. We will continue to innovate and find efficient and cost effective solutions, and in so doing enjoy a long and prosperous future together.
