Account Manager; Manchester, UK

We are looking for a team player with excellent customer service skills to join a busy and growing department. Role will include managing key accounts which will entail providing and maintaining quotations for FCL and LCL shipments, managing and maintaining rates for existing client base, liaising closely with overseas partners and clients and co-coordinating shipments between origin and destination. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience working within a busy import environment; have advanced communication skills and the ability to undertake all administrative duties involved in a busy operational role. The ability to target and develop new business opportunities would also be of a distinct advantage.
